Ok, a few more tweaks and the Scott is now a healthy 19.5 lbs (but don't tell the competition!)

Here's a couple of ways to reduce the weight even further.
1. That stick thing in the middle, that's got to hurt, so that can go!
2. Shot blast the frame, you don't need the extra weight of the paint!
3. Water bottle cage? That can go!
